One of the magnetic separators leaving our factory today, an RE80® Dairy-Grade Rapidclean® Grate Magnet. This magnet will be installed in a US Nutritionals plant.
This unit consists of 2 rows of +11,000 gauss magnet bars and an external vibrator to assist with product flow.
The Rapidclean® Magnetic Grate will assist the customer’s final product security and contamination control in their dry ingredient line prior to metal detectors and packing operations.
