Sales Lead Operations Specialist

Magnattack is seeking to hire a Sales Lead Operations Specialist to work 5 days / week (Mon – Fri) in our Burnsville MN
location.
- Contacting & generating leads: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone or other communication channels to introduce Magnattack and gauge their interest.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs, challenges, and potential of each lead to determine their interest in our products or services.
- Lead Nurturing: Provide relevant information, answer questions, and share resources to educate leads about our offerings, building rapport and trust throughout the process.
- Seamless Lead Handoff to Sales and Engineering: Assignment of lead to appropriate department to create a solution that will help solve the customers magnet separation needs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system, ensuring a clear record of all interactions and progress.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify trends, measure success, and suggest Improvements to follow-up strategies.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Share opportunities with sales representatives via CRM tool, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Customer Satisfaction Survey (Net Promoter Score): Run the NPR portion of the business and use this information to create lead opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers and existing clients.
- Ability to mine and hunt for leads when warm leads are exhausted.
- Create ways to stay connected with existing customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage high volume of leads.
- Experience with sales acquisition (outside sales).
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive or Salesforce or similar).
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to data entry and management.
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification criteria, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Self-Starter with the ability to work independently to reach predetermined goals.
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software.
- Experience selling into the food industry.
- A results-driven approach with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
