Production Worker and Factory Hand

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.
• Previous experience as a welder/fitter in a manufacturing setting is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills including time management and tracking work progress.
• Initiative and attention to detail.
• A focus on delivery to customer requirements.
• Confident verbal communication & sound written communication.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to take on a range of tasks including more menial work as required.
