The Rapidclean® Tubular Drawer Magnet is an economical and space-saving solution, ideal for low volume, low flow-rate gravity applications in space-restricted areas.
Our patented design addresses common issues found with conventional drawer magnet technology. It is extremely hygienic, thanks to the absence of sleeves which can trap unclean residue, and features a sanitary, dust-tight housing. With single-bar cleaning, it prevents drawer jamming—an issue typical of multi-bar, sleeved designs. Operators can fully inspect the magnet bars before returning them to the product flow, ensuring optimal hygiene and reducing recontamination risks.
This low-maintenance solution is easy to inspect and effective in capturing weakly magnetic contaminants such as work-hardened stainless steel fragments, magnetic stone, dust, and fine magnetic particles. Cleaning occurs away from the product zone, reducing the risk of recontamination, while the Rapidclean Cleaning Tool aids in the safe removal of metal fragments.

How are the magnets cleaned in a Rapidclean Tubular Magnet?
The drawer is removed from the housing, and similar to the Magnattack Rapidclean Drawer magnet, the included cleaning tool is used to push contaminants along the length of the bar to the non-magnetic end, where it connects to the door.
What applications would benefit the most from a Rapidclean Tubular Magnet?
These are ideal for tubular and round pipe applications where space is constrained, allowing a square unit to be adapted for use with tubes or pipes. It isn’t necessary to use transition adaptors sections, thus saving valuable space.
What size does the Rapidclean Tubular Magnet come in?
The Rapidclean Tubular Magnet is available to suit a range of spouting or chute applications from 4″ to 14″ (102 mm to 356 mm) in diameter. Several magnet configurations are available to meet the demand of specified flow rate, density and particle size. In some cases, magnets staggered over multiple rows.
What is the significance of the cone on the end of the magnet bar?
The cone at the end of the magnet bar provides structural support for longevity of the magnet strength. The base cone also aids the cleaning process, as this shape allows contaminants to be pushed up onto the low strength area of the cone where they can be released from the magnet during cleaning.
Why are the bars of this magnet only mounted on one end?
Magnattack incorporates its exclusive Rapidclean principle, making it compatible with the Rapidclean wiper tool. This allows contaminants to be pushed along the length of the bar to the non-magnetic fixed end using the specially provided cleaning tool. The main objective is to streamline the cleaning process, offering a more efficient solution than traditional rotary-style magnets, while minimizing direct operator contact with the magnet’s working surface.
