The Magnattack® Round Pipe Separator is equipped with high-intensity RE80® magnet elements, designed specifically to capture weakly magnetic contaminants from powder and dry product processing lines. This enhances product purity and protects your brand from foreign contamination risks.
With a powerful +11,000 gauss magnet concentrated at the base—where metal contamination typically flows through—this separator provides extra strength at the critical point. This strategic design helps prevent magnetic fragments from bypassing the separator. Available in bellied and straight-tube models to meet individual requirements, the reinforced strength and strategic placement significantly diminishes the likelihood of magnetic fragments passing through, ensuring enhanced effectiveness.

The Round Pipe Separator can be configured to protect liquid and dry transfer lines whether they are a vertical, horizontal or sloping orientation. A horizontal line will typically have uneven coverage compared to a vertical orientation. Your Magnattack consultant will consider the estimated flow path so that the magnet can be configured to optimize contact and retention efficiency.
