Overview
Magnattack® RE80® Separation Bars and Rollers are designed to divide product flow, maximizing contact between the product and the magnet. These magnets efficiently capture stainless steel splinters, magnetic stone fragments, and over 98% of tramp iron and ferrous fines from products. When mounted on a bearing, the Rollers/Bars can be rotated 180° for easy inspection of collected contaminants.

- Larger diameter bar size for increased separation efficiency when compared to conventional bar magnets
- Powered by proven ultra-high energy RE80® and RE80®HT magnet elements, offering +11,000 gauss strength
- High-strength magnets will aid in the extraction of foreign contamination for food safety
- Simple to clean – just wipe magnetics to the dead end of the bar
- Will not cause bridging
